It depends on many factors: date, day of the week, venue, number of children, type of event etc, so it is difficult to provide a quotation until I have a bit more information.

I have painted at hundreds of special events – in fact, wherever groups of people gather! Festivals, children’s parties, bar/bat miztvahs, weddings, christenings, first or 101st birthday parties, hen and stag parties, team-building events, corporate fun days, store openings, Santa Train events, farm open days, and many more.

I will travel to the moon, if you pay my expenses! Generally, it’s Herts, Beds, Bucks, Essex and London; however, I do also paint all over the UK and Europe. I simply add travelling expenses to my quotation.

All the paints I use are FDA compliant and safe for use on children. However, some children are very sensitive to many things, so I will take my lead from the parent.  If in doubt, I can always do a patch test on the child’s arm in advance.

I can paint approximately 12 to 15 faces per hour, ideally around 25 for a two-hour party. This is approximately three to six minutes per child. This ensures that each child feels they have special attention.

I will paint children over the age of two years old, if they are happy and willing to be painted. All children must be accompanied by a grown-up. And, of course, I’ll paint anyone from two to 102.

I can do at my usual fee, however I also teach face painting to groups. I can attend your school to run a workshop for your volunteer parents to give them confidence to paint themselves.

Generally, we will provide everything we need in the way of tables, chairs etc. Although, if travelling by public transport, we may request tables.

We can paint any design you want – but please remember that the final say rests with the artist and any abusive symbols or words may be refused.

I will only paint outside if there is a marquee provided with sides to protect from rain, sun, wind. I do not like to paint under a gazebo unless it is strong and properly anchored with guy ropes and has sides provided. I prefer to work inside if possible.

Yes. I can provide teams of artists for any event. I have contacts up and down the country and only use excellent professional painters.
